Get the opportunity to ask questions about your spiritual issues and get advice on what can be done to remedy it. Tamika will listen and act as a medium to address your issues/ questions.
HEALING / CLEARING WORK
This session is for those who want a unique experience that combines all of Tamika’s developed skills. Sessions may include any or all of Tamika’s healing modalities, personalized rituals, energy work, channeling, mediumship, parts work, and/or attuned self tasks that will help the session integrate. Use this for personal transformation work or Ancestral Lineage healing. *Sessions may last up to 90 minutes or less.
FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION
Functional Nutrition is about more than just food. It’s making sure that the systems of your body are functioning cohesively so that your overall health improves. With a functional approach, we look at not just food, but sleep, exercise, trauma history, and all aspects that impact your ability to be nourished. It's not about the food, it's about what your body can do with the food.
THE BANQUET
THIS is the PARTY y'all!
Designed for groups, this is a celebratory Feast and Ancestral Clearing open to everyone from novice to the advanced Ancestral Practitioner. Prepare a meal as an offering, and bring it to share with your Ancestors and those attending the Banquet. We’ll share a meal, receive a transmission from the Ancestors on theme with the Ritual, and participate in a series of somatic exercises that assist us to release what is being shed from our bodies.
